Next Conference - Registration

[ This page entitled "Next Conference - Registration" is where we manually post all of the protocol for a user to register for the next conference.  The page needs to be designed and linked to a database of registrants, and maybe have a registration fee mechanism (this is probably a Theresa/Carolyn, Jeanne, and/or Peter job).  Once the page is built, it can probably be mostly permanent. ]
